struggling hard to make a new static page and link to footer?
Follow these simple steps and you are done :).
1) Go to admin->CMS->Pages(Manage Pages)
2) Add new page here with your content and save
3) Now go to CMS->static Blocks
4) search and click on footer links
5) add your newly created page's url key thr as follows
href="{{store direct_url="urUrlKey"}}"
click save and clear the cache.
